Deliveries and returns



Delivery in most cases is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, but larger packages can be delivered by DHL or Parcelforce. This means that a signature is required on delivery. Orders are processed the next working day after your order is placed. If your order is quite heavy then it will be sent by DHL.




If an item is found to be faulty on delivery then please contact us immediately to allow us to rectify the matter.


If you order an item by mistake (for example you order the wrong size), we can replace it with the correct size providing that it is returned to us unopened and in a resaleable condition. We cannot refund your return postage costs.


If you change your mind about your order and no longer require it then please contact us as soon as possible to stop the order being processed as if it has already been despatched we cannot refund the delivery charges and you will have to return them to us, unopened and unused, at your own expense.


Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we can accept items if they have been opened as we are unable to restock and resell them to someone else.

We cannot refund your return postage costs and due to hygiene reasons we can only refund unopened items, returned to us in the same condition as they left us. Items that have been opened, even if placed back into the original packaging cannot be accepted for a refund.
